FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is a DTF transfer?

A direct-to-film (DTF) transfer is a full-color print on a carrier film that you heat press onto fabric. It works on cotton, poly, and blends, with no weeding and a soft, durable finish.

What is a gang sheet?

A gang sheet is one large 22-inch-wide sheet packed with many of your designs, printed together to save money. Our builder auto-nests your art onto the shortest possible sheet and prices it live.

What file types and resolution do you need?

Upload PNG (transparent background) or vector files. Aim for 300 DPI at the size you'll print. Our builder flags any image that's too low-res before you check out.

How fast do you ship?

Order by 2 PM CT and it ships the same business day from our Texas facility. Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days. No minimums.

What's the difference between DTF and UV DTF?

DTF transfers are heat-pressed onto fabric. UV DTF is a peel-and-stick decal for hard surfaces like cups, tumblers, and cases, no heat or press needed.

Can I reorder a past sheet?

Yes. Once your account is set up, saved projects and one-click reorder let you re-run a best-seller without rebuilding it.

What if a transfer comes out wrong?

Every order is color-checked against your file. If a transfer is off, we reprint it, no debate.
